Before founding Weeplay in 1994, Maleh had opened and operated four successful retail stores by the age of 22. Armed with high energy, entrepreneurial drive, marketing sense and style, Maleh had grown the company from a mere idea to a large successful manufacturer of high quality children's apparel with deep market penetration nationwide. He sits on the board of for various charities including school for disabled children and a group that provides consulting and financial assistance to small businesses.

Bringing 15 years experience in the children's industry, Esses has helped Weeplay succeed from its very beginning. Esses built the company's sales and distribution operation, doubling in volume every year in the first six years of operation. He is responsible for building close relationships with buyers and merchandise managers of strategic department stores and mid/mass market retailers, as well as successfully introducing and steadily grow new brand market penetration. In 2000, Esses became a parter of the firm.
